last sun finalised the 6 week long BLTC @ Expo and Beatrice finished it pretty nicely with what a leader is all about.

L: Leading with a servant heart
E: EQ
A: Attitude, Availability, Accountability
D: Determination with Tenacity
E: Eager to listen
R: Refresh daily in the Lord

Pretty good about what we had learnt for the last 6 weeks and certainly the touch of God was strong and revelations coming in with every lesson and every point covered. I want to touch lives, not just my leaders but also my peers and ushers in the ministry and certainly one thing I got to change is the attitude I carry while serving.
Attitude of serving with a servant heart and hence leading comes for Jesus had came down not to be served but to serve.
Very much at times while serving, majority of times I'll be serving with my own judgement and sometimes doing what HS had prompted me. I'm aiming to come to a level where both can merge and serving can be so much easier, seriously! (imagine no stress no matter how presurrising things are coz you know HS will be there to guide, even while carrying a set!) lol..


Whenever God's presence is felt in a place, it usually tells me one thing. God wants to be a part of what's happening in the place, especially the people that's within the room or hall. Be it ministering, blessing or simply touching and refreshing the person etc. And God places high importance in that matter because He is there, watching and waiting to do a work in there when the people are open to Him. So for that matter it just happened on Sun, in that conference room where the most exciting event happened! Not the lesson conducted by the trainers nor the washing of feet, but simply God was there!
Presence of God was strong, constantly lingering around and at times, He just simply reached out and touches you, in the heart and soul and it was so good! For the whole session tears really flow out like tap water. Even while blogging this I can feel His presence around ;)


I want to do one more thing over here.. That's to thank the leaders (esp the training department like Beatrice, Wan Yun, Yong hui, Ren Jie, Jeff, Xin Lian, Ivory, Hui Erl, Pei Fen <- did i miss out anyone hmmm) for taking the effort to travel, plan the whole course and sowing into our lives! It had been a great journey with you guys and certainly this is just the start and looking forward for more oppurtunities to be serving you and alongside with you!
